StudyFilter

i got tired of rebuilding the same study session across five different apps.

a CBSE study workspace that keeps explanations, revision, practice, planning and progress in one place.

started as "this should be simpler." did not remain simple.

what it is

One CBSE workspace for questions, chapter revision, papers, quizzes, planning, focus sessions, and progress.

jun 25, 2026: Launched the CBSE study workspace with syllabus-aware help, checked resources, practice, planning, and progress.

why i made it

the annoying bit.

school websites have an incredible ability to make studying involve everything except studying.

i started StudyFilter because my own stuff was scattered everywhere.

the problem

what was actually wrong.

Studying meant bouncing between notes, videos, PDFs, quizzes, timers, and progress apps. Every switch lost context, and bad labels sometimes sent students to the wrong material.

under the hood

what i actually built.

The app combines syllabus-aware explanations, subject and chapter hubs, checked resources, previous-year questions, mock exams, study tools, sign-in, and progress that follows the learner.

important detailsthe technical bits.

  1. Syllabus-aware answers with structured explanations and mathematical notation
  2. Subject and chapter hubs with summaries, solutions, quizzes, and revision notes
  3. NCERT resources, previous-year papers, mock exams, and marking schemes
  4. Tools for revision, flashcards, comparisons, maps, and problem solving
  5. Goals, streaks, mastery, daily plans, focus timer, and recent activity
  6. Public content-integrity, support, security, and reporting documentation

what workedwhere it is now.

A student can move from a doubt to an explanation, then into practice and review, without rebuilding the session across several apps.

what is still not donethe honest bit.

statusThe public repository contains product documentation and reporting routes. Production source is private. StudyFilter is not affiliated with CBSE or NCERT.
